App Privacy Policy
Last Updated May 10th, 2024.
This privacy policy is here to help you understand what information our apps collect, how the apps use it, and what choices you have. This policy describes how our apps treat your information, not how other organizations treat your information.
Information our apps collect and receive
Your information. Our apps do not collect any personal information from you or your device.
App data. When you add data to one of our apps (such as color information to ColorLog or pet data to myPets), this information is stored locally on your device, or in the cloud and not shared with anyone. When you delete information from an app, it is permanently removed from your device and/or the cloud.
Some of our apps use leaderboards and achievements, which are provided by either Apple or Google. The data contained in these leaderboards and achievements is stored securely by Apple and Google and is only shared with other players in accordance with your chosen preferences in Google Play Games Services and Game Center. Leaderboard and achievement data is not automatically deleted when you uninstall an app, however Google and Apple provide you with a means to remove your game related data.
Unless you choose to keep it (via an option available on some devices/apps/Android versions), all app data stored on your device is removed when the app is uninstalled.
Billing information. If you take out a subscription or make in-app purchase (IAP), the payment of that subscription or IAP is handled by either iTunes or Google Play billing (depending on the device you are using). We do not directly request any information from you related to the billing of subscriptions or IAPs.
Device information. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using our apps on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. If we do collect any device information, we do not collect anything that would identify you or your device uniquely.
Data collection. Our apps collect crash and analytics data from your device to monitor app health, to diagnose and fix bugs or crashes or to make future performance improvements, and to display ads. This data is transmitted securely off your device to allow us to analyze it and to allow ad providers to track ad performance. None of this data uniquely identifies you or is shared with anyone else. This data is retained securely by us and deleted after we have analyzed it for the purposes stated.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use our apps after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are material, we may provide more prominent notice or seek your consent to the new policy.
