This privacy policy is here to help you understand what information myPets collects, how the app uses it, and what choices you have. This policy describes how myPets treats your information, not how other organizations treat your information.
Your information. myPets does not collect any personal information from you or your device.
Your pet information. When you add a pet to myPets, you enter information related to that pet. This information is stored locally on your device, or in the cloud and not shared with anyone. When you delete your pet(s) information from myPets, it is permanently removed from your device and/or the cloud.
Billing information. If you purchase a myPets subscription, the payment of that subscription is handled by either iTunes or Google Play billing (depending on the device you are using). myPets does not directly request any information from you related to the billing of subscriptions.
Device information. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using myPets on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. If we do collect any device information, we do not collect anything that would identify you or your device uniquely.
Data collection. myPets collects crash and analytics data from your device to monitor app health, to diagnose and fix bugs or crashes or to make future performance improvements, and to display ads. This data is transmitted securely off your device to allow us to analyze it and to allow ad providers to track ad performance. None of this data uniquely identifies you or is shared with anyone else. This data is retained securely by us and deleted after we have analyzed it for the purposes stated.
We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use myPets after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are material, we may provide more prominent notice or seek your consent to the new policy.
